WAR138 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms, “account” means the personal player account registered with WAR138; “platform” means the WAR138 website and its casino, sportsbook, wallet, promotional, and support functions; “wager” means any real-money casino game entry or sports bet; and “bonus” means promotional credit, free spins, cashback, referral credit, or another reward subject to separate conditions.

References to MYR or RM mean Malaysian Ringgit. References to payment services may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, cards, or supported cryptocurrency. Section headings are provided for convenience and do not restrict the legal meaning of these terms.

2. Account Eligibility

You may register with WAR138 only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter an agreement, and are permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local requirements before using WAR138. Access to the website does not represent a statement that online gambling is lawful in every location.

• You may maintain only one WAR138 account unless written approval is provided.
• Your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment details must be complete and accurate.
• You must use your own identity and payment instruments. Shared, borrowed, or third-party payment accounts may be rejected.
• You must not register while self-excluded or attempt to avoid an existing account restriction.
• WAR138 may refuse, suspend, or close an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Registration, Security, and Verification

You are responsible for keeping your WAR138 login details confidential. You must not disclose your password, verification code, or account access to another person. Activity completed through your credentials may be treated as authorised unless you notify WAR138 promptly that your account may have been compromised.

WAR138 may conduct know-your-customer and security checks before allowing a withdrawal or where required for fraud prevention. Documents must be genuine, current, legible, and consistent with the registered account details.

WAR138 may temporarily limit wallet activity while verification is pending. If information is false, altered, misleading, or cannot reasonably be verified, WAR138 may reject transactions, void affected promotions, suspend access, or close the account, subject to applicable obligations.

4. Deposits and Account Funds

Deposits must be made for genuine gaming activity and not for money transfer, payment processing, or cryptocurrency exchange purposes. WAR138 may impose minimum and maximum transaction amounts, which can vary by payment method, account status, or risk review. The amount shown during the transaction process applies to that request.

MYR deposits through FPX, DuitNow, e-wallets, or Malaysian bank transfer are credited after confirmation by the relevant provider. Card or cryptocurrency processing times may vary. WAR138 is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, wallet provider, blockchain network, incorrect details, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

Chargebacks, reversed deposits, fraudulent payment claims, or deposits made with an instrument not owned by the account holder may result in account suspension. WAR138 may deduct confirmed reversals and reasonable associated costs from the available account balance.

5. Betting and Game Rules

A wager is accepted only after it is recorded by the WAR138 system and confirmation appears in the relevant bet history or game record. A request that remains pending, fails, or is not recorded is not an accepted wager. Players should review stake, market, odds, and selection details before confirmation because accepted wagers generally cannot be cancelled at the player's request.

Casino outcomes are determined according to the rules of the relevant game. Sports bets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, and mix parlay markets, are settled using official results and the market-specific rules displayed by WAR138. Where an event is postponed, abandoned, incorrectly listed, or materially changed, the applicable sport and market rules determine whether the wager stands or is void.

Obvious pricing, odds, settlement, display, or technical errors do not create an entitlement to an incorrect payout. WAR138 may correct an evident error and resettle the affected wager at the valid price or void it where a valid price cannot reasonably be established.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Rewards

Every WAR138 promotion may have additional terms covering eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering or rollover requirements, participating games, maximum bonus bet, expiry, and maximum cash-out. Promotion-specific terms form part of this agreement. If they conflict with these general terms, the promotion-specific rule applies to that promotion.

For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 15-times wagering requirement requires MYR 1,500 in qualifying wagers before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Slots may contribute differently from baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sportsbook wagers, or live dealer games. A bonus may expire if the requirement is not completed within the stated period.

Bonus abuse is prohibited. This includes duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, opposite-side wagering, low-risk patterns designed solely to clear rollover, manipulation of referral offers, or exceeding a maximum permitted bonus bet. WAR138 may remove an abused bonus and associated winnings after review. Genuine cash funds remain subject to account verification and any lawful deductions.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to an eligible method associated with the verified account holder. WAR138 may, where practical, return funds through the original deposit route. Before approving a withdrawal, WAR138 may require completed KYC, confirmation that bonus wagering has been met, verification of payment ownership, and review of unusual account activity.

E-wallet requests through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay may be processed more quickly than Malaysian bank transfers, but quoted times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may arise from incomplete verification, inaccurate recipient information, public holidays, bank maintenance, network congestion, or additional security checks.

A withdrawal request may be cancelled or returned to the account balance if the payment details are invalid, the receiving account does not match the verified user, or the request exceeds an applicable transaction limit. Players should contact WAR138 support if a correctly submitted request remains pending beyond the normal processing period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use WAR138 to engage in unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or technically harmful activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping, syndicate abuse, automated wagering, or exploitation of game defects.
• Attempting to access another account or bypass security, location, verification, or responsible gaming controls.
• Using WAR138 to launder money, transfer funds between unrelated parties, or conceal the source of funds.
• Threatening staff, submitting knowingly false complaints, or providing forged evidence.
• Interfering with the website, introducing malicious code, scraping protected systems, or disrupting platform availability.

Where WAR138 reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may restrict the account, preserve records, delay affected transactions while a review is completed, void bets linked to manipulation, and close the account. Any action will be proportionate to the identified risk and available evidence.

9. Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

WAR138 is intended for entertainment by players aged 21 and above. Gambling must not be treated as income, a solution to debt, or a guaranteed way to make money. Players should set a realistic budget, avoid chasing losses, and never wager funds needed for rent, food, education, healthcare, or other essential commitments.

Eligible users may request deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion. A self-excluded person must not open another WAR138 account or use someone else's account. 10. Privacy and Account Records

11. Service Availability and Liability

WAR138 aims to provide a stable mobile and desktop service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures, telecommunications problems, device compatibility issues, provider outages, cyber incidents, or events beyond reasonable control may affect access.

Users are responsible for a suitable device, secure internet connection, and accurate transaction details. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WAR138 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, user error, third-party payment delays, or reliance on sports information that later changes.

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. If an account record conflicts with a user's local display, the validated WAR138 server and transaction records will be used to investigate and resolve the discrepancy.

12. Complaints and Dispute Review

A user who believes a bet, payment, bonus, or account decision is incorrect should contact WAR138 support promptly and provide the username, transaction or bet reference, relevant date, MYR amount, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots may assist, but WAR138 will also review internal records.

WAR138 will assess complaints fairly and may request additional information. Users must allow a reasonable period for investigation, particularly where a bank, e-wallet, game provider, sports data source, or identity verification provider must be consulted. 13. Suspension, Closure, and Remaining Balances

Users may ask to close their WAR138 account after pending bets and transactions are resolved. WAR138 may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed eligibility checks, security risk, payment disputes, prolonged inactivity, responsible gaming reasons, or where continued service is not appropriate.

On closure, legitimate withdrawable funds will normally be returned after required verification and deductions for confirmed chargebacks, void transactions, or bonus adjustments. Pending sports bets may remain open until settlement or may be handled according to the applicable market rules.

14. Amendments and General Provisions

WAR138 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect product changes, security requirements, payment updates, operational practices, or legal obligations. The revised version becomes effective when published with an updated effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure by WAR138 to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
